By accessing or using the PROS Pest Control website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of Service (Referral Only)
PROS Pest Control is a referral service and lead generation platform. We are NOT a pest control company. We do not provide pest control services ourselves. We connect users with independent third-party pest control providers.
We do not employ any technicians, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the third-party contractors you are connected with.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PROS Pest Control makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services provided by third-party contractors, including but not limited to the quality of work, licensing, insurance, or pricing.
4. User Responsibilities
It is your sole responsibility to verify that the pest control contractor you hire possesses the necessary state and local licenses, insurance, and bonds required to perform the work. You agree to negotiate pricing and service terms directly with the third-party provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PROS Pest Control, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any services provided by third parties connected through our Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PROS Pest Control and its licensors.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
